‘second day in berlin - SUPER COOL SO PUNK DAY it was GREAT until the end when we got in a brawl at 6am at ostkreuz. still fun though.’

‘calum and cyan went to lidl to buy food and coffee, and came back with two potentially racist cartons of juice - africa mountain and safari drink. we can’t tell what’s in them.’

‘we decided to go to the alte galerie to take in some Kultur because we’re bare Kultural. when i’d had enough of poncy art i went to play in the fountain outside.’

‘listened to kraftwerk. fish arrived. he’s so laid back he’s lying down.’

‘two turkish guys with rockefeller caps had an 8 week old golden retriever puppy they let me hold. it bit my boob enthusiastically. i accidentally fondled it’s rubbery little puppy penis. such a paedo.’

‘jamie and charleigh were waiting for us at treptower park. then we lost our way to the warehouse. once we got there it was like stumbling across a unique space time event. the surrounding area was completely dead, then suddenly there was this sea of light along a canal and a dilapidated warehouse. charleigh asked at the door of the warehouse for her friend, we were led up a crumbling staircase to a locked metal door, and ushered across a huge factory floor to a moderately buzzing side room.’

‘jamie is smoking lidl basics cigarettes. they cost 1€. they are foul.’

‘some guy wearing tennis shorts and a bumbag sidled up to calum where we were sitting down and said ‘i would very much like to fuck you’. oh dear.’

‘we left at about 3 with a view to going to some vegan punk cafe but never got there. ended up outside an off-license listening to some of charleigh’s more terrifying hitchhiking stories, then got some food at a kebab place. by which time the conversation had descended into poop talk.’

‘the sun was coming up when we were waiting for our s-bahn home, and charleigh was chatting to this drunk guy who seemed harmless enough until he slapped her out of the blue. it was awful and just so unexpected. jamie’s immediate reaction was to smash his bottle and go for the guy. he is quite scary when he’s angry. we parted ways after that and i was just buzzing with all the pent up nervous energy and ran all the way back to our hostel.’
